All Rastarfari pieces are made to order — crafted especially for you after your purchase is placed. Thank you for your patience and your conscious choice.

Production Time

Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days before shipping. Production time may vary slightly depending on the item and current volume.

Shipping Times (after production)

  • United States: 3–5 business days (Standard) · 1–3 business days (Expedited)
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Returns & Exchanges

Each Rastarfari piece is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. You do not need to return the original item. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or style are considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we will cover return shipping costs. Please reach out through our Contact page and we will do our best to serve you.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
