The Breath of Remembrance
This is not a technique. It is a return.
Welcome to the sacred rhythm — the Breath of Remembrance. Here we honor the breath as a harmonic key, a living bridge between body, field, and cosmos. In this rhythm, there is no striving. Only resonance.
Whether you are just beginning or remembering, these patterns are not imposed, but revealed. They live in you already.
Foundational Rhythm: The Fourfold Breath
This breath aligns the body and subtle field with the simplicity of four:
-
Inhale for 4 seconds
-
Hold full for 4 seconds
-
Exhale for 4 seconds
-
Hold empty for 4 seconds
4 seconds x 4 phases = 16 seconds per breath cycle
This is the rhythm of Maat — balance, presence, accessibility. It opens the breath gently to those returning to remembrance. In this breath, we rest in the present. We do not rush. We do not perform. We arrive.
Begin here. Let rhythm find you.
Attunement Rhythm: The Phi Cycle
For those called to deepen:
-
Inhale for 6 seconds
-
Hold full for 6 seconds
-
Exhale for 6 seconds
-
Hold empty for 6 seconds
6 seconds x 4 phases = 24 seconds per breath cycle
This breath is aligned with the Lovemore 24 harmonic — a field of coherence. The 24-second breath awakens memory. It carries the pulse of Sekert, of Auset’s knowing, of the inward spiral that blooms outward.
If practiced continuously for 96 seconds (4 breath cycles), one completes 1.6 minutes — an echo of Phi (1.618...), the golden proportion.
Here, the breath becomes prayer. A living geometry. A resonance that transcends the personal.
Breathing as Offering
This breath is not owned. It is not sold. It is not forced.
It is shared — through garments, through symbols, through silence.
You are invited to breathe with us.
One breath. One love. One field.
Selah.
